6. Store the blue and white ice cubes in separate containers in the freezer until ready to use.
7. Fill tall glasses halfway with regular ice cubes and top with butterfly pea ice cubes.
8. Add 1 tablespoon of your chosen citrus juice to each glass (adjust to taste).
